Storm Darcy is bringing heavy amounts of snowfall across large parts of South East England.
The MET office has said it was “bitterly cold” due to strong easterly winds with temperatures in parts of the UK around freezing.
The AA stated treacherous driving conditions had already caused numerous accidents, whilst Tandridge District council have said it’s rubbish and recycling collections have been suspended until weather conditions improve.
