The ‘Level Up Reigate and Banstead’ project is established to provide refurbished laptops for young people needing them for home study.
The project is supported by ‘Raven Housing Trust’ and also involving ‘Voluntary Action Reigate and Banstead’ (VARB).
Over 500 second hand laptops in working order are needed.
Your laptop must be running Windows 7, 8 or 10 and have at least one USB port
All laptops will be securely wiped or have hard discs removed and destroyed. They are then refurbished before distribution.
SUSY Radio’s Mark Tickner spoke with Steve Ward from the ‘Raven Housing Trust’ to hear more about the project.
Visit www.varb.org.uk/level-up for more information, and details on how you can donate your unused laptop to the project.
