An affordable homes development in Crawley has had its first tenants move in.

Bridgefield House which is located in the heart of the town, has  67 affordable rent flats and 31 shared ownership flats.

Each flat has access to a District Heat Network, that will provide the heating and hot water for the flats from an onsite energy centre. 

For many of the residents it is their first home, giving them the opportunity to get on to the property ladder.
