Four months of major roadworks in Haywards Heath will have a major impact on two Metrobus routes between Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill from April.

South East Water needs to lay over 460 metres of new water main at Fox Hill. This means that Metrobus routes 271 and 272 buses will not be able to serve stops between Rocky Lane in Haywards Heath and Church Road in Burgess Hill.

The work is expected to last around 15 weeks.
