A teenager appeared in court yesterday to face charges relating to the firearms incident at Crawley College.

18 year-old Sandijs Dreimanis, appeared at Crawley Magistrates Court and was remanded in custody.

He faces one count of possession of an imitation firearm, two counts of assault and one count of possession of a bladed article.

Mr Dreimanis is next due to appear at Lewes Crown Court on 26 May.
