Construction is underway in Crawley as part of an £8.85 million project to help the town’s economic growth.
Stakeholders visited the Eastern Gateway project last week to see the start of work on a scheme to improve connectivity between the town centre and public spaces. It will also support development opportunities at the Town Hall, County Buildings and Crawley College. Better pedestrian and cycle routes and improved public spaces will be created together with a wider vision of growing and evolving Crawley as one of the UK’s most Covid-19 impacted towns.
