Climate change activists have block traffic on the M25 for the second time in three days.

Insulate Britain protesters stopped traffic in Kent, Surrey and Hertfordshire yesterday morning. Videos on social media have shown angry drivers remonstrating with the activists.

Police have made 71 arrests in relation to the protests.

Authorities were able to clear and re-open the affected road.
