Crawley Borough Council tenants who have overpaid in their rent will start to receive letters if they are to have refunds.

The letter will have information of the amount they are due and how they can request it.

The Council apologises for the error and are urging tenants to beware of scammers because it’s possible they could target tenants about refunds.
