A major upgrade on the rail network on the busy London Victoria to East Croydon route continues until Monday.  No trains will run between East Croydon and London Victoria until Monday 3rd January.  Most trains will be diverted to London Bridge.

The £160,000,000 project will replace worn out 1970s signalling with 90 new signals erected, new points put in place and new train detection equipment installed.  29A new state of the art control centre will move to Three Bridges.
