It’s been revealed there are 12 neighbourhoods in Surrey where more than half of residents have not yet had their booster jab.
Data published by the Government on 1st January shows the percentage of people aged 12 and above who have received a booster up to and including New Year’s Eve.
No new restrictions were imposed in England over the festive period, despite rising coronavirus cases in most areas.
However, Ministers have ruled that secondary school pupils in England will have to wear face masks in class again after the Christmas holidays until at least January 26.
Woking, Guildford, Reigate and Banstead, Runnymede, Spelthorne, and Elmbridge all have neighbourhoods with low uptakes of the booster vaccine.
Below is listed all the neighbourhoods where over half of the population still needs a booster vaccine. The number indicates the percentage of people that has received a third dose.
