“We have been carrying out a number of enquiries and are now appealing for the public’s help in gathering CCTV and dashcam footage to assist us.
“If you were driving close to East Street, near Reigate College and the surrounding roads on Monday morning, please review any dashcam footage you may have and contact us with any further information.”
Ruth is described as White, 5ft 4 tall with short grey hair. She wears glasses and was last seen in a purple rain jacket, dark trousers and purple trainers. She was carrying a blue and silver Osprey rucksack when she left her house.
Ruth has connections with Reigate and Brighton.
