Travellers are being warned that due to a national rail strike, there will be a limited service operating to and from Gatwick Airport’s train station on 18 and 20 August.

A statement on the company’s website says you should avoid using public transport where possible and plan your journey in advance.

If you’re planning to go to the airport by rail, it is advisable to check National Rail Enquiries for the latest train times.
