East Surrey Hospital held an inspiring NHS careers event last week. 

150 students in year nine and above from 29 local schools and colleges were given behind the scenes access and expert demonstrations from teams at the Hospital.  These included life-saving CPR techniques, the simulation suite and presentations about different careers in healthcare.  

14 year old Jasmine from Horley said that ‘everyone was so passionate and it felt like you’d be joining a family’.  She added that the radiographers, midwives and doctors were awe-inspiring.
