Metrobus has temporarily suspended its services to East Surrey Hospital due to problems with traffic flow during building work on the site; two new replacement wards and a new car park are being built at the hospital.
When congestion outside the hospital is at its highest, buses will instead stop off at Three Arch Road, only using the hospital stop early mornings, later in the evening and at weekends when activity is reduced. Bus drivers will notify passengers if they are to terminate the service at Three Arch Road rather than the hospital stop.
Metrobus will post daily updates on its Facebook page about the stopping and resuming of services at East Surrey Hospital.
