The Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead says it will rearrange some appointments and surgery on the days of the planned industrial action next week.  Members of the Royal College of Nursing will strike on Monday 6th and Tuesday 7th February.

Patients are advised not to call the hospital as staff will be in contact to make new arrangements.

Those who haven’t been contacted should attend their appointments as planned.  Therapy, x-ray and virtual clinic appointments will continue as normal.  The minor injuries unit should be open as usual from 8am to 8pm.  The hospital says that very urgent surgery will go ahead.
