New figures have revealed that people in Surrey are less likely to die from respiratory illnesses than the rest of England.
Figures from the Office for National Statistics show there were 77 deaths from respiratory illness for every 100,000 people in Surrey – meaning the area has fewer than the 94 for England as a whole.
Separate figures, also show 7.8% of adults in Surrey are smokers – lower than the UK average of 13.3%.
