A financial analyst from Redhill who had terrorist material and bomb-making equipment has been jailed.

50-year-old Asad Bhatti was sentenced to eight years in prison and given a further four years extended licence.

Bhatti was arrested and charged after a computer repair shop became suspicious of content on his laptop.

He was sentenced at the Old Bailey on Monday.
