A child suffered serious injuries following a collision in Horley on Friday afternoon. 

The incident happened on Smallfield Road near the King’s Head pub.  The driver of a car collided with the child, who was on foot.  The child was taken to hospital. 

Surrey Police would like to hear from anyone who saw what happened or anyone with dashcam footage.
