Tandridge Borough Council are looking for properties in the private rented sector to provide low-income individuals and families with an affordable rented home.

 

The council currently has over a thousand people on their housing register and are asking any private landlords if they have any properties they would wish to rent out in conjunction with the council.

 

They say they can provide a guaranteed bond as a deposit for the length of the tenancy to cover damages or arrears, along with a raft of other measures to ensure a property can become rented quickly.
