Sussex police are running their annual drink drug driving campaign across the county.

From now until the 1st January they are appealing to the public’s responsibility to reduce the number of people killed or seriously injured on the roads.

Last year 233 arrests were made whilst several thousand motorists were stopped and checked for drink or drugs whilst out driving.

The campaign is being supported by the Sussex Safer Roads Partnership and Surrey Road Safe.
