The Harlequin Theatre and Cinema in Redhill is likely to be closed for some time according to Reigate and Banstead Borough Council.  The building remains closed due to the extensive presence of RAAC concrete. 

The Council says it wants to maintain continuity of access to the arts and cultural activities and is looking at sharing space at alternative venues. 

Last Christmas saw the pantomime successfully relocated to a Big Top in Memorial Park, while initial investigations relating to the RAAC concrete in the building were carried out.
