Patients over 16 years of age attending Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead, can now access new appointment letters online. 

Patients need to register on the My Health and Care Record platform and you can access your information securely on any device or on the NHS app.  Paper copies no longer need to be sent through the post and you won’t need to bring it to your appointment.  Those who don’t register will still receive their letters through the post as usual. 

The exception will be historic appointments along with radiology and diagnostic appointments which aren’t yet available to view digitally.
