The redevelopment of three Surrey fire stations has been delayed to start in late summer, the county’s fire service has said.

Construction work at Chobham, Lingfield, and Reigate fire stations had originally been scheduled for spring.

But Surrey Fire & Rescue said start dates had been adjusted “to accommodate the extensive planning involved”.
