A man has been sentenced to three years imprisonment for possession with intent to supply class A drugs, following his arrest in Sainsbury’s car park in Redhill.
Asad Muhammad from Thornton Heath came to the attention of officers on patrol in Redhill whilst sitting in a car which appeared to have been in a collision. When asking after his welfare, officers searched him after they became concerned about his behaviour. He was found to be in possession of 32 wraps of heroin. Police arrested him and he was sentenced at Guildford Crown Court last month.
