Essential drainage work begins today in Horley to help with flooding in the subway. 

Network Rail will be installing a new pumping system, new drains and three catchpits that collect water. The footway through the subway and the car park at 43 High Street will be closed while the works are taking place.

The works are expected to last for five weeks with completion due by 30th August.
