Tandridge Borough Council is inviting local charities and voluntary groups which demonstrate the work they do improves the health and wellbeing of residents to apply for a grant of up to £2,000 from the Tandridge Together Community Fund before 29 November.
This fund is made up of money raised by people buying weekly tickets for the Tandridge Together Lottery. The continued success of the lottery means the overall fund available to local good causes this year is £20,000.
Since the fund started, it has contributed to a wide variety of projects helping support people of all ages and abilities. These include children’s playschemes, specialist counselling sessions, projects encouraging residents to get more active and re-socialise and offering confidential advice.

“Since it started the lottery has raised more than £300,000 for good causes and awarded over £133,000 in cash prizes to the lucky winners. We are grateful to all involved and our lottery players.”
