The Leader of Reigate and Banstead Borough Council is leading the way on offering help and support to Syrian refugees.

Cllr Victor Broad has written to the Prime Minister offering assistance in finding homes for a number of refugees.

He put forward the offer to David Cameron, saying ‘In Reigate & Banstead we are offering to take in a number of affected families, to house them and provide support to them in rebuilding their lives and in finding work.’
