Officers are investigating a collision on Reigate Hill which has left the driver with serious injuries.
The silver Skoda Fabia left the road and collided with a tree at around 5 o’clock Tuesday morning.
Anyone with information who witnessed the collision or the manner of the driving leading up to the collision is being asked to contact police on 101.
