Flytipping Conviction Redhill

A woman from Dormansland has been found guilty of flytipping.

Redhill Magistrates’ Court fined Tammy Lewis £100 and ordered her to pay Tandridge District Council £200 in compensation, together with other costs of over £500.

In April last year, flytipped building waste and packaging was found in Ledgers Road in Warlingham.

The woman was convicted using evidence from CCTV and vehicle documentation.
