Plans for Crawley town centre to see 250 new homes and a new Town Hall and offices, will move a step closer this month.
The proposed redevelopment at the eastern end of The Boulevard would see the current Town Hall and two-storey car park demolished. Included in the new proposal would be 250 homes in three blocks, a new Town Hall with commercial offices and a district heating network. The Town Hall multi-storey car park would be upgraded.
Reports will go to Crawley Borough Council’s Cabinet and Full Council meetings on Wednesday and on the 22nd February.
