Five projects in Surrey have received more than £265,000 to increase physical activity in the area.

The money comes from the London Marathon Charitable Trust, which has given over £2.5 million to local groups since the first Prudential RideLondon event in 2013.

This weekend sees the fifth Prudential RideLondon, with the 100-mile and 46-mile events starting in the Olympic Park and taking riders through Surrey where it finishes.
