75% of people asked, disagree with the Council’s proposal to scrap the free daily allowance of one bag at recycling centres in Surrey a poll by the Surrey Mirror has found.

The measures to charge residents for construction waste was voted in on Tuesday.

Despite the opposition, it’ll come into action in January next year.
