A man’s died following a collision in Charlwood on Monday morning (2 October)

The single vehicle collision, involving a blue Iveco panel van, took place in Norwood Hill near the Fox Revived public house around 9:50am.

The driver of the van, a man in his 50s, was treated at the scene but was sadly pronounced dead around 10.25am.

The road was closed in both directions while emergency services, including the air ambulance and fire and ambulance crews, dealt with the incident
