Spencer Chambers has reinvented Hofmeister Helles which has just won the International Wine and Spirits Competition Beer award.

It was originally taken off shelves 13 years ago following poor sales – until Spencer decided to modernise it and bring it back.

After spending time in Bravaria, he has been making the beer with brewers for over a year now.
