A man from Crawley has been sentenced to life imprisonment for killing a man in an unprovoked attack.
23 year old Valdimir Invanov stabbed 61 year old Glyn Rouse in broad daylight near Cherry Lane in late November 2017.
The two men were not previously known to each other.
The Bulgarian national was suffering from mental illness and was prosecuted for manslaughter due to diminished responsibility.
Mr Rouse’s family called him an “extremely talented man who loved the arts” whose music “brightened and improved a lot of people’s lives”.
