Dementia patients at East Surrey Hospital have received a donation of MP3 players from the Purple Angel Foundation.  

The Purple Angel campaign, set up to support people living with dementia, raised money through crowd funding for the MP3 players and donated them to patients at the Hospital.  

It is hoped that the MP3 players will improve patients’ wellbeing and general health using personalised music therapy, creating some familiarity in an unsettling environment.
