A Public Examination for the Caterham, Chaldon and Whyteleafe Neighbourhood Plan will take place next week. 

This is the second largest neighbourhood plan in the country covering 30,000 people. The plan seeks to influence the future of the area.  To achieve this 29 policies have been created under various topics including housing, the natural environment, and enlarging healthcare services including Caterham Dene. The Public Examination means that only those invited to speak will be allowed to do so. 

02Residents and businesses are encouraged to come to the hearing which takes place next Tuesday 10th March at Soper Hall in Caterham from 10 o’clock.
