A man is due to appear in court charged with 17 breaches of a Community Protection Notice. 

Jack Heslip from East Grinstead was given a CPN towards the end of last year due to persistent and significant anti-social behaviour around the Ashurst Wood area.

The CPN prohibits him from entering the boundaries of Ashurst Wood at any time. 

Heslip was charged with  breaching the conditions of his CPN on 17 occasions between November 21st and January 12th. He will appear at Crawley Magistrates Court next week.
