Emergency services in Surrey have added their support in a special Blue Light Serenade for all local hospitals. 

Starting yesterday evening and as part of the weekly ClapforCarers display, police vehicles, ambulances and fire engines will be flashing their blue lights in a coordinated display outside hospitals including East Surrey. 

The event is being organised by local Police, fire and ambulance officers with hospital staff to demonstrate the county’s unified approach to tackling the coronavirus pandemic.
