A report has found that a fuel additive error was the reason why an aircraft had to make an emergency landing in February.
The plane took off from Gatwick Airport after an engineer using an internet calculator added 37 times too much of the chemical.
The engineer had not carried out the task before, the Air Accidents Investigation Branch said.
The Airbus A321 was being moved from Gatwick to Stansted. There were seven crew members on but no passengers on board.
