A man has been arrested on suspicion of arson with the intent to endanger life after a fire at a block of flats in Redhill.

The fire took place on September 27. A 38-year-old man from Greenwich has been arrested and remanded to prison on a separate and unrelated offence.

Surrey Police says the investigation is ongoing.
