The latest Government data is showing signs that the coronavirus vaccine is working as figures continue to decline across Surrey.

Surrey and Sussex Health Care Trust which runs East Surrey hospital show there were only four new positively tested cases and just two deaths between the 12th and 18th April.

Although the figures do show a small rise on the previous week, they are still significantly lower than the same time in March with 53 new cases and February with 93 new cases.
