Police have arrested a teenager who was wanted in relation to a stabbing in Southwater last month.

The 17-year-old was detained by West Sussex Tactical Enforcement Officers on Monday.

Officers were called to an incident in Lintot Square on the evening of 4 April, which led to a 25-year-old man receiving wounds to his back and leg. 

He was taken to hospital for treatment and is now recovering at home.

Police are not seeking anyone else in connection with this incident.
