A High Court Judge has agreed to extend an interim injunction to stop unauthorised parking at a site in Oxted.

The Green Belt site at School Plantation in Barrow Green Road was said to be used as an area for airport parking.

A temporary stop notice was issued by Tandridge Council back in April, but this was not being complied with.

The council applied to the High Court for an interim injunction, which was granted straight away. A further review undertaken yesterday, allowed for the extension to be given until the 13th October.
