Crawley MP Henry Smith has welcomed news of a one point three-million-pound investment from the Government, to improve housing support for drug and alcohol recovery in West Sussex.
Around 28 local authorities across England have been allocated funds for the project totalling £53 million pounds.
The money will be used to support a range of projects over the next three years such as training to help those dealing with trauma, as well as a women’s-only housing for those who have experienced domestic violence.
