Crawley Man Sentenced For Unprovoked Knife Attack

A man has been jailed for an unprovoked knife attack on another man in Crawley.

A 31 year old local man was stabbed in Gossops Drive in March last year and was taken to hospital for emergency surgery. 

23 year old Callum Steer was arrested the following morning.  Steer pleaded guilty at Lewes Crown Court last month where he was sentenced to eight years imprisonment, consisting of six years in custody and two on licence.
