Horley is one of three areas to see new purpose built housing to support people with learning disabilities or autism. 

The Horley development will be on the site of the former Library in the town. 

The development should be ready in 2025 and will comprise one bedroomed apartments, and five-bedroom shared houses for those who prefer a group living arrangement.
