Crawley Borough Council’s Employ Crawley team has been helping around 30 Wilko staff affected by the imminent closure of the town’s store.

The Crawley branch of Wilko will stop trading on Sunday in one of the early waves of closures.  Employ Crawley began engaging with Crawley’s Wilko several weeks ago when news of job losses became likely. 

The service is free of charge to any borough resident and provides help with CV and cover letters, interview advice and practice, and access to workshops and training.
