Redhill has been selected to share nearly one million pounds in the latest round of safer streets funding.

It’s one of three areas in Surrey that will benefit from the Home Office cash and is aimed to make all areas safer places to live.

The Redhill funding will focus on the town centre, with measures to tackle anti-social behaviour, as well as pay for a Safe Space Hut and YMCA activities for young people in the town.
