Reigate and Banstead Council has confirmed that household bins will not be collected on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day.

Instead, the borough’s collection crews will be working on Saturdays over the festive period.

Horley, which were due to have their bins collected on Christmas Day this year, will have their bins collected two days earlier than usual.

All other collections from 26 December until 8 January will take place one day later.
